Thank you for your feedback. The increase on the product was due to a significant increase in ocean shipping costs from India for which we had no control.

Passing on all the additional cost to the consumer is not always advisable because you will not have any repeat business or good customer feedback. Sorry but that's my honest opinion. I was a repeat customer and didn't think it was fair to increase the price for the same quantity and quality product by more than double.

I totally understand your feelings but unfortunately had we not increased the price of the product we would be making a loss. The effect of Brexit had a significant effect on the exchange rate thus increasing costs by 30%. You are a valued customer and had it not been absolutely neccesary the price would have remained unchanged.
