Our luxury touring coaches have been specially customised to differ from a standard 53 seater coach, allowing for extra legroom for just 40 guests. However, we truly regret that the size of the groups were not as you had anticipated. As well, we work passionately to give our guests authentic and flavourful dining experiences. Therefore, it disappoints us to read that some of the meals were not to your tastes. Furthermore, we ask our guests to notify us of any special needs that require accommodating as early as possible and make reasonable modifications to our procedures where necessary. Additionally, we kindly recommend that our guests bring a companion to provide any extra assistance they may need. What's more, our Travelling Concierges are always happy and at hand to share their advice in order to make our guests journey more enjoyable. Nevertheless, we have forwarded all of your thoughts and suggestions to our Operations team for their consideration.
