That said; we are delighted that the service that you were provided helped to make your time on the trip so enjoyable and made for a comfortable experience. Furthermore, we are very happy that you were truly satisfied with the overall organisation of the itinerary and we have communicated your only reservation about the flight to Lima to our Operations Team for their concern. We certainly appreciate just how frustrating flight delays can be; although, we truly hope that this encounter is overshadowed by special memories from your holiday and anniversary celebrations. 

Our Travelling Concierges work passionately so that you can look forward to travelling with ease and that is why it pleases us greatly to learn that you were impressed with the service we provided. Furthermore, triple rooms will often feature one foldaway bed plus one double, therefore, three adults may find this space slightly restricted and these rooms are generally more suited for two adults and a child. However, we are truly sorry if you experienced any discomfort at the hotels selected, and we will ensure with the hotels that the rooms are to the standard that we expect. In saying that, we thank you for taking the time to leave us with your impressions from the trip and hope to welcome you back to enjoy more authentic experiences in the future.

Tipping is a very common practice in the travel industry due to the seasonal nature of the work and many of our guests’ enjoy the possibility of showing appreciation to our dedicated representatives. For this reason, we provide the option to pre-pay gratuities or alternatively extend them at the end of the trip. Even so, all gratuities do remain strictly at the discretion of our guests; yet, we truly regret to learn of any discomfort caused by their request. Additionally, at times variations to the itinerary may be necessary to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances; however, we are sorry to learn of any inconvenience that this might have resulted in. Your feedback regarding the Travel Director and your suggestions have been forwarded to our Operations and Product Development Teams for their respective review. Although nonetheless, we are delighted that you enjoyed taking in Egypt's incredible monuments and we sincerely hope that you have returned home with many unforgettable experiences.
