Luxury Gold pārskati

We are delighted that the Southern Glamour itinerary provided you with the experience that you had hoped for and we are equally as pleased that you were impressed with the service throughout your journey. Furthermore, we hope that you will join us to explore more destinations in comfort and class.

At Luxury Gold, we endeavour to tailor our itineraries with a balance of the most exceptional experiences; therefore, we truly regret to learn that your time on the Southern Glamour fell short of your expectations. Nonetheless, as there is nothing better than our guests' feedback when considering ways to improve our product, your comments will be used effectively to help us make any necessary improvements. Furthermore, we certainly regret to learn of any confusion that may have occurred on your arrival; however, we are pleased to learn that your Travelling Concierge was able to assist you. That said, we hope that you have still taken many fond memories away from your time in the southern states and we hope to have a chance to welcome you back to explore with us in the future.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding your Coach Driver, we are very proud of the professionalism and passion of our team and we’re really pleased that you enjoyed their services. Furthermore, while this itinerary has been crafted to showcase some of America’s southern landmarks, we love receiving our guests’ feedback and ways in which we could seek to improve each experience. As such, your comments are with our Product Development Team for their consideration. Nonetheless, we still hope that you have returned home with special memories from your Luxury Gold Vacation.
