Hi there,
I’ve just had the following reply back from our currency dealers:
“We really appreciate client feedback whether positive or negative, that way we can learn how to enhance our proposition. In order to make Shekel payment/s as quickly as possible you will need to be confirming exchange rate/s before 11am. That way settlements will be able to process your onward payment without any delays. Also do bear in mind that Fridays are non-banking days in Israel.”
