poor, they charged me a fee for returning the item even though their terms and conditions say that they won't when they have supplied the wrong items i.e. it's a mistake they made, I will be pursuing...

The only phone number is in UK, and when sending email AI responds without the correct answer.

Always excellent. Regular email updates outlining the whole process from package to delivery time and date. Fast delivery. Items packaged very well.

It’s ok but again very expensive. Also postage is expensive and you pay for returns. Not good.
