Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, and I'm so sorry to hear about your recent experience. I've checked our system and can see that one of our team members replied to you this morning regarding the return of your recipes. I apologise for any delay in our response. During particularly busy periods, it can take us a few working days to respond to each email, but we always aim to get back to our customers as quickly as possible. I can also see that the concerns regarding your dog's sickness were not mentioned in your initial emails to us. As we'd like to understand this further, I've sent you a follow-up email today to discuss this in more detail and offer any support we can. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, and I'm sorry to hear your little one wasn't so keen on their Fresh Recipes. To ensure a smooth transition when making any changes to your dog's diet it is recommended to do this gradually. If you are changing to a different recipe or a new food, it’s best to introduce it bit by bit over about a week. Start with a mix of 4/5 of your current food to 1/5 of the intended recipe. If your dog is more sensitive to dietary changes you may want to transition more gradually. We really appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share with the team. If there's anything else we can help with, please drop an email to hello@lilyskitchen.co.uk, and our Customer Care Team will be happy to help.
