I really liked that we were talking about insurance and what I needed but the honesty and thoughtfulness really shone through. Even called back when he said and remembered to ask about my tomatoes I...

I like how quickly the process took. I would however liked to have had someone from the company call me and discuss any questions I may of had without me feeling the need to call them.

Feedback was a bit disappointing...i had to call them to find out the outcome in order to move forward..hopefully on going dealings are more positive.
