Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback and we're sorry to hear about your experience. The tyre foam charge from your booking in 2023 was waived, and discussed with you at length at the time, once our post-rental inspection had taken place. We appreciate you were not happy with the charges on your most recent booking, however we do require all electric vehicles to be returned back to us with a minimum charge of 50%. Unfortunately, if the vehicle has been returned back with less than the minimum requirement, further charges apply, at the set rate of £50. On this occasion, the £50 charge has been waived, but please do keep in mind the terms and conditions of hire with LCH for any future bookings. We want all of our customers to have the best possible experience, so please do not hesitate to reach out if there is anything further you wish to discuss. Kind regards, LCH
