very dissappointed with the claims department
Not happy with the company. We had been delayed by an airline 26 hours, trying to make a claim and they are finding every possible reason why not to pay out.

Thank you for your feedback. Our policies cover travel delays exceeding 24 hours in a number of circumstances. Our claims are handled by an independent third party, and we would suggest you contact them or follow the complaints procedure detailed in your policy wording if the issue remains unresolved.

Terrible. My wife fell ill in italy. I called the medical helpline for advice about how to claim. They said they werent the right people to help and gave me a new number which took me to a different...
