Thank you for taking the time in leaving feedback for us, I am sorry to hear this.
I can see that you placed your order on Friday 28/12 at 19:00, this is after our cut off time for order being dispatched out the same day, your order was dispatched via Parcelforce on Wednesday 02/01, this was due to the New year Holidays, on a next day delivery service and I can see that this was delivered on Thursday 03/01 at 10:26.
Please accept my apologies that this was not delivered when expected and if this was not made clear on our website and that when the delivery was made this was just left outside with no note to advise you of this, this has been reported to Parcelforce to ensure that this does not happen again.
