Hello Mr. Gill, and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Despite our best efforts, technology unfortunately sometimes lets us down and we appreciate this caused concern for your family watching remotely. Knowing the importance of this, we resolved this issue as soon as we possibly could with live filming that was sent the same day to your family and then edited together shortly thereafter. As an extra added precaution we now have our wifi and a backup 4G dongle in case the internet times out. With regards to COVID-19 and our out-of-office arrangements; we must take this pandemic very seriously and it is our responsibility to play our part in protecting our staff and client families. We, therefore, adhered to government advice for our operations, and, offered remote options for meeting with us along with contactless options where ever possible.
