Hi Maria. We are so sorry that you felt you needed to leave a negative review. We posted the orders out in chronological order and hopefully you were aware by the inventory showing when you placed your order that you were one of the last 2. Sadly as the last box was opened It only had two pieces inside Not 4. We did offer to exchange your order for a full priced joy black leather which is £295 as a gesture of good will. At no point were We trying not to send a bag to you in Greece. it was purely done in order of when the orders we placed. Once again we apologise that we could not fulfil your order At this time.
Packaging was brilliant and all areas of bag that may get scratched are covered. Delivery was super fast and by a reliable courier with an hour time slot.
