Upon enrollment, you agreed to a one-time join fee of AU$2 and a recurring monthly membership fee of AU$66, which covers your first and any additional questions during your membership. Since you used PayPal/Apple Pay, these fees were combined into a single transaction, as indicated during checkout. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
Your membership was turned off on March 28, 2025, and the charge has already been refunded. You won’t receive any further recurring charges. If you ever wish to restart your membership or have any other questions, feel free to contact us.
