Short delivery

I requested a full tank of oil but as my inside meter shows only 8 bars compared with 10 bars when it’s full. I ordered 2000/2100 litres.but only received 1651 litres

Thank you Robert for your kind review of our service. I've spoken with the team in Middlesbrough who have confirmed that the tanker had ran out of oil on this occasion. The team will be out with the remaining 500ltr of oil that you had ordered and the price per litre will be the same as it was when you originally ordered the oil in April.

Delivery will be with you by the end of this week

Thanks for your reply Wolfgang. We were looking for a review of the ordering process that you received on Thursday. We are currently splitting the survey requests between the ordering process and the actual delivery to enable us to establish a customer satisfaction metric for the two individual parts of our service.

We will deliver your oil to you next week between Monday and Thursday, should you require the oil quicker then please do not hesitate to contact us.
