Upgraded room was great. We felt that the courier and driver had to cope with a large number of passengers with disabilities who required walking aids. Many of the mobility aids were bulky and heavy.

Ely is a beautiful place to visit. Beautiful riverside with plenty of eateres. Plenty of mixed shops to see. Cathedral is a must place to visit.
