I am sorry that the Laidback Blazer and Waterfall Waistcoat were not to your style, and also were not fully represented in the catalogue. This is something the Marketing Team does work hard on, and I will pass your comments on so they can work to improve the images further.
In regards to the returns policy, we do ask customers to cover the costs of postage back to us unless a fault has been made on our behalf, and as you recognise, this does mean we can keep the prices competitively low. As we continue to grow as a company however; we will look into providing a free returns service.
I am sorry for your experience with Joe Browns and hope we hear from you in the not too distant future.
