Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We are pleased that you like the fact that our styles are different, but were disappointed that the Jersey dress did not fit properly. I have asked the QC team to check and see if there are any sizing problems, so thank you for that. We note what you are saying about being able to offer free postage and returns,but unfortunately we do not offer this. Where companies do offer this the cost for the pstage is built in to the price you pay for the goods. Companies do sometimes offer free p&p as an incentive to place a first order, but mainly the costs are built in. We decided to try and keep our prices low, and to be open about the cost of returns and postage. Again thank you for your comments, and I hope you have a great summer. Kind regards Tony

Thank you for taking the time to send your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were disppointed to see that you were not happy with the colour of the Scarf to the image. We are checking this now and on our initial look the image is as product, so i think you have been sent an incorrect item, or one that is not as the rest of the items in stock. Where we get images that are incorrect we re photograph the item and adjust images on screen anbd in the catalogue. Thanks again for raising this issue. Kind regards Tony Brown

I LOVE Joe Browns designs and quality. The items are individual and classy. My only grumble would be the delivery charge and (if you need to make a return) the return charge. Its not normal to need to return an item and from other previous comments, it would seem most are pleased with items. So...... a free returns policy would be appreciated by all,for on the odd occasion when something does not fit or is not what we expected. I normally look out for the sales items to save a bit, as some things are a little expensive.
