Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re your order palced with Joe Browns. We are pleased that you love the designs and are sorry that we keep selling out, but were disappointed to taht the Boutique Sweat was too small. Normally whensomething is so much smaller the item has had the incorrect sewn in size label. If we receive the item back we will either refund you as this i Would think is what has happend here, please contact our customer service team and they will send you a free returns slip, tel 01132706655 I have also passed your comments through to our Q.C department. Thank you for taking the time to send your comments re your order placed with Joe Browns. I was sorry to see that you some of the items did not fit. I have passed this to our Q.C department who are checking to see if there is a fitting issue, so thank you for mentioning this. Unfortunately at present we do not offer free returns,and where free returns are offered the cost is built into the selling price of the item. We have chosen not to do this.In certain situations where we have sent out the wrong item we do offer free p&p. We are currently looking at offering larger sizes, and as we continue to grow as a company, so will the range of sizes we offer. We were sorry to see that you were not happy with the service and probably will not order again due to the return costs. The item was incorrectly sized by the sound of your complaint, which can occur when a supplier puts the incorrect labels in an item. As way of an apology for the faulty item and the costs you, incurred, I have sent a £10 voucher to use with any order you may place with us in the future.
