Joe Browns is one of the few catalogues I enjoy receiving and looking through. I like receiving them at regular intervals and look forward to finding the odd additions to the range of clothes. The catalogue is a perfect size, easy to flick through in a few minutes, (although invariably it takes longer for me to put it down). I find the selections refreshing, inspiring and well displayed. I have found from time to time the odd garment I have ordered isn't quite what I had expected, but so many of JB's clothes end up as favourites of mine I have no real complaints. I find the staff polite and helpful, the delivery service prompt, and the packaging of goods excellent. Altogether, I couldn't ask for a more satisfying shopping experience. (I'm one of the few women that finds trailing around clothes shops a bore. Haha.)
