The clothes always look much nicer in the catalogue than you see them for real! Always have to return most of the order and then at my expense. You say you keep the costs down charging the customer for "returns" postage rather than free postage - your products are not much cheaper than anywhere else!

Thank you very much for your comments with regards to Joe Browns not offering a free returns service. We constantly check our prices against other mail order brands who we feel are giving a similar sort of exclusive style and choice, and feel that our products, in comparison, are very competitively priced. We do accept that there will always be other suppliers who will be cheaper than ourselves, who offer free returns, but their clothing tends to be less detailed and they definitely offer less individuality.
