We bought the chairs at the Bramley sale and it was all very straightforward and I was particuarly grateful that I was able to take one of the armchairs home to try out.

I had a small problem with my internet and paid twice for one item - when I phoned Jo Alexander they were extremely helpful and cancelled one of the payments immediately.
