Loved our stay at the Grand.The staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble! Lovely view over the bay and good food in the restaurant.

Jersey Travel were so helpful throughout the booking process and they emailed the Boarding Passes and posted them too as I was having difficulty to do so.

The service was good and booking details provided quickly. At check-in for the boat though they couldn't find our booking so it would be helpful to have greater detail for check in purposes. Half...
