Thank you for your feedback and apology for the delay. Our usual delivery time as stated in our FAQs is five working days. We did send an email and ask that anyone who needed a quick delivery for an important date to let us know and all those requests were sent out today. We are working through all other orders as quickly as we can.

The quality of the platter I ordered was top notch. It was the third item I've purchased from their website after seeing the line in a restaurant on Jersey.
