Hi Leslie, We apologize that you found your experience less than satisfactory. Our credit card processor has very high fraud filters and is case sensitive and sensitive to abbreviations as well. We work on behalf of the owner so our reservations team was who was able to get the transaction to complete. We hope to host you again in the future!
