Many thanks for your honest review and apologies our service was not up to scratch on this occasion. My colleague Richard who helped arrange your insurance policy has tried to contact you regarding the address issue so he can get this rectified. Unfortunately in some circumstances the risk needs to be referred to the insurers for acceptance, and on this occasion it took longer than normal, so I apologise it took a while, we should have managed your expectations better.
