I'm assuming good as I have only used one policy so far and did not need to make a claim. Have just purchased another policy and if all goes well will purchase a third policy for our cruise in Nov.

Have just used my second policy and still haven't made a claim. My daughter and also my friend had the need to make claims and were extremely happy with the expediency and the outcomes. Represents excellent coverage and value for money.
I have not yet came across with the customer service persons yet on the phone but buying insurance on line is very easy and simple words so it is user friendly.
