Website was good and later telephone call was handled very well.
I would prefer to see how they handle my claim(s) if any before I comment.
It is easy to purchase insurance but it is often another matter to get them to pay up if there is a valid claim. Surveys...

I did some web research and I found out that the company of the same name in the UK got a lot of negative comments. But so far the Australian company has been very good and the staff been helpful...
I purchased the policy on line however there appeard to be issues with the credit card. When I changed card the date defaulted to the same day as purchase rather the future date I really wanted
