I had no problems when talking with the representative and he explained fully all steps required.
He answered all questions that I asked with a positive reply.
Very smooth process, the only thing that went wrong was when I went in to confirm my original quote (15005337) to buy the price had changed and my entertainment book discount did not follow through...
I held for ages before my call to take out a policy was answered and this makes me even more concerned how long it would take if O have a claim.
