Very annoyed that there is no distinction between bipolar disorder and bipolar 2 disorder. Bipolar 2 which my husband has is VERY mild in comparison and didn't deserve for our policy to be $150...

Any additional premium is determined by each diagnosed condition which is assessed by the medical questionnaire. Please note that the medical premium is optional and you can still take an InsureandGo policy without the pre-existing conditions cover.

Thankyou for following up on my feedback. I didn't realise the cover was optional, I just thought you had to disclose conditions and pay. I am very happy now as my premium dropped from $235 to $71. The medical conditions are so mild they don't need covering.
