Had to ring rep to get policy cancelled. Rep seemed more concerned with trying to sell me a new policy after I cancelled rather than explain the refund process and my rights under the cooling off...

Couldn't finalise the policy on line so I called. The man who answered the phone was very helpful and was able to help me without any dramas, knew his information and was able to communicate it...
