Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the experience you had didn't meet your expectations. Normally, your policy documents are emailed to you as soon as you complete your purchase.
Please rest assured that we have re-sent your documents to the email address you have provided. However, if you can’t see them, please check your junk and spam folders, as unfortunately sometimes emails can mistakenly end up in there.
Currently we don’t have a customer portal for you to log in to, hence why you couldn’t find it. However, the good news is, we are in the process of developing our portal to download your documents, and it will be released very soon.
In the meantime, if you need to amend your policy or require additional copies of your policy documents, please contact our customer services team by calling 01483 806 828 or email us on enquiries@voyagerins.com and they will be happy to help.

We have recently noticed that policy documents and quote that are send by email can often end up in junk and spam folders to email address from a certain provider and we are working with our systems provider to quickly resolve this issue.
