We are delighted that during the tour you were able to gain an exclusive insight into the culture and history of Ireland. However, it disappoints us to read that you felt the timing and structure of the Optional Experiences meant you were unable to fully benefit from the time at your disposal. As a result, your comments are now being reviewed by our Operations and Product Development teams, as we want all of our guests to have the very best experiences from start to finish. Additionally, on rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances there may need to be changes to the itinerary, although we would like to apologise for any inconvenience these may have caused.
