So, we are delighted that your Tour Director was able to create a special way for you to experience Scandinavia. Additionally as we want all of our guests to benefit from only the best service, we have forwarded your comments about your dining experience at the hotels to our Quality Control team for their review. Nevertheless, we hope that you have made many lasting memories.  

As we truly want our guests’ dining experiences to be authentic and delicious; it saddens us to learn that you did not enjoy the meals on the tour. Therefore, your comments are currently with our Quality Control and Product Development team, to ensure that any necessary improvements can be made. Nevertheless, we wish to have the opportunity to restore your total faith in Insight Vacations in the future, and hope that you left with wonderful memories of the British Isles.

At Insight Vacations, we take care of all of the details of the tour so that our guests can explore their destinations with ease. That’s why; it pleases us to learn that your experience was seamless from start to finish. A full collection of the hotels we use can be found in our brochures and on the website; however we regret to learn that you were not satisfied with the selection on your tour. Given this, we have brought your comments to the attention of our Product Development team for their consideration going forward. While the costs of our Optional Experiences include all additional benefits, we do regret to learn that the price was not to your preferences. Nevertheless, we do hope that you took some highlights away from your grand tour of Italy.

Your feedback is important to the development of our experiences, so we have passed on these comments to our Product Development and Quality Control teams for their review. Despite being saddened that you did not enjoy several aspects of the tour, we do hope that the necessary changes can be made to ensure our guests full satisfaction in the future. Additionally, while the costs of our Optional Experiences include all additional benefits, such as transportation and the ability to skip the queues, we do regret that the price was not to your preferences. Having, said that, it is pleasing to learn that you appreciated the service provided by our team, and are delighted that you liked the wonderful sights visited during your time in Scandinavia. 

It’s great to read that you liked traveling in style and comfort with us on our luxury touring coaches. However, we are concerned as you should have been sent a copy of your itinerary in the mail, yet we do apologise if for any reason this was not received. Additionally, your further comments have been passed on to our Operations team to help make any necessary improvements going forward.
