We are really happy to read that you enjoyed discovering the unique Scandinavian heritage. Just so you are aware, a full itinerary for each destination we visit can be found on our website in advance. Additionally, our reservations team will send out your documents a week before travel. Furthermore, we truly understand that you would like to pre-pay for your optional experiences. However, as on rare occasions some may need to be changed closer to the date, we make it easy for our guests to pay whilst on their tour. That said, our guests feedback is extremely import to us, therefore we will pass on your comments to our Quality Control department for their review.
