Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour well organised and informative, and that you enjoyed the places visited across Northern Italy. We also appreciate your kind comments regarding the Travel Director and Coach Driver. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for sharing your impressions of the tour. We are pleased to learn that you found the journey through Spain and Portugal such an interesting and intensive introduction, and that the organisation of the Optional Excursions, the comfort of the coach and the departure times, which avoided very early starts, suited you well. It is also encouraging to hear that your Travel Director, Coach Driver and several of the guided visits made such a favourable impression. We also note your observations that a couple of the days involved long periods of coach travel, and that some of the guided tours ran longer than necessary. We recognise that extended touring can diminish the enjoyment of an otherwise engaging visit, and we will share these comments with our Operations Department so that the length of both can be reviewed. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a warm and detailed account of your journey through Spain. We are pleased to learn that the itinerary struck such a fine balance between historic monuments, museums, landscapes and small-group cultural encounters with local people, and that the tour proved so informative and rich in history and culture. It is particularly encouraging to hear that the organisation and professionalism of your Travel Director, together with your Coach Driver's skill on both medieval streets and major roads, made each day so interesting and memorable. Your recommendation is greatly appreciated, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the tour. We are pleased to learn that your Travel Director was so knowledgeable and attentive to the whole group, and that the itinerary met your wish to see New England. We will ensure that your kind words are passed on to him. We were sorry to read that the timing of the departure meant the autumn colours had not yet reached their peak. We recognise that the foliage is a central part of the appeal of this journey, and that its progress depends on weather conditions which cannot be predicted with certainty. We will share your observation with our Operations Department so that the timing of departures can be reviewed. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.
