Insight Vacations pārskati

Thank you for sharing such a considered review of a journey through a difficult and fascinating period of history. It is very encouraging to learn that your Travel Director communicated so clearly and kept everything running smoothly, and that your Coach Driver made you feel safe throughout. We will gladly pass on your kind words to both of them. We were also pleased that the smaller group size and the comfortable coach contributed to your enjoyment. We appreciate your remarks on the dietary care you received. We were sorry to learn that, although attention was paid to your coeliac requirements, the dessert options were limited and largely confined to fruit salad, leaving you to watch others enjoy dishes that you could not share. We will pass this observation to our Product Development Department so that the range of suitable alternatives may be considered carefully. It is gratifying that you found the insight into rebuilding after a communist regime, and the opportunity to hear directly from local people, so compelling, and that the private visit to Bran Castle and the newly opened hotels, including the one in Sofia, were such highlights. We were also sorry that some of the driving days were long, and that border crossings could take two to three hours owing to the new biometric procedures. These delays lie largely beyond our control, but we will share your comments with our Operations Department so that the pacing of such days may be reviewed. Thank you once again for your thoughtful and balanced feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your review. It is very encouraging to learn that your Travel Director and Coach Driver provided such excellent service to your group of friends travelling from Australia. We were sorry that some of your party fell ill during the tour, and we are pleased that your Travel Director did her utmost to support you through those difficult days. We will gladly pass on your kind words to both of them. We also appreciate your practical observations on the itinerary. Your comment that certain days, such as the visit to Capri, can become hectic when Positano is included will be helpful to our planning, as will your suggestion of a morning excursion to San Gimignano followed by free time to enjoy the resort pool in the afternoon. We will share these points with our Product Development Department so that the pacing of those days may be considered carefully. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a warm and detailed review of your first group tour, and for your kind words about the journey through Switzerland. It is very encouraging to learn that our customer service team was helpful when you enquired about availability, and that you found the whole experience, from your Travel Director and Coach Driver to the hotels, so rewarding. We will gladly pass on your appreciation to both of them. We were especially pleased to read of your Travel Director's depth of knowledge, ranging from regional culture and community life to local government, and of his attentiveness in managing your plans, Optional Excursions, tickets, dining reservations and luggage. Your Coach Driver's skill in navigating narrow streets and mountain roads, together with the rotation of seats, the new coach and its generous legroom, clearly contributed to a sense of comfort and safety. It is also gratifying that the group size suited you, that there was ample free time to explore independently, and that the hotels and Optional Excursions met with your approval. Your practical advice to future travellers about researching the destinations beforehand will be helpful to those preparing for their own journey, and it is a pleasure to know that you left with so many new friendships from around the world.
