We regret, however, that certain elements did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to clarify that the average group size on our tours is between 40–45 guests, with a maximum of 53. For travellers seeking a more intimate experience, we also offer small group departures for Premium Comfort, which are limited to a maximum of 24 guests. We are very sorry that the Auschwitz visit proved disappointing under the circumstances described, and we deeply empathise with the personal significance this experience held for your family. We also regret that the scheduling in Berlin, Prague, and Vienna felt rushed and did not allow you the time you had hoped for to explore independently. Your concerns have been carefully noted and shared with our product team for review, as we continually strive to refine our itineraries and balance included activities with personal time.
