Same day resolution

Very very efficient. Could give the user some time to close their work/ask if they want to make a note of anything before changes are made but that's just minor feedback to an overall great service.

Your engineer, Leo, was very helpful. He knew he was dealing with an IT novice and was patient, friendly and sorted my enquiry quickly and with no fuss. Thanks Leo!

Leonarda was extremely helpful and managed to help me with all the issues on my new laptop to get me set up on certain things which were missing. Thank you for your time.

Craig also helped with this and again, it was sorted out in a matter of minutes. Thank you.

Craig was brilliant and he was extremely helpful this morning. The phone was answered very quickly and he managed to help set my phone system and help with other things which I had raised a ticket...

Huge thanks to Leo for trying to get it resolved on a Friday afternoon as quickly as possible for me and to Garreth for picking this up on the late turn and getting it fixed! Absolute stars!!
