Very good but still waiting
I thought it was quite easy to use & I was able to have my blood test straight away. The nurse said I would have my results in 1-2 days.
It is now 2 weeks & I am still waiting for them.

Good but need to train collection centres staff
Online research and booking process was seemless. The collection experience was less reassuring as the lab didn't not about the forms, kept asking if I have to pay for the tests and had to refer to...
