Took the incorrect amount from different to the price that was quoted.
Terrible. Charged an incorrect price. Should have stuck with booking.com but they don't accept clubcard voucher codes.

First time for myself using this service, but I found it very straightforward and easy to use. The price shown is the price you pay. There are lots of hotel options to choose from.
