The washer is absolutely garbage leaked in fiirst few months damaged kitchen floor and northing done

I would recommend hoover but the washing machine I have purchased isn't very good had 4 repairs in a space of year.not a good washing machine at all it only gets used once daily

Terrible customer service - they do not honour the 30 day guarantee and do their best to fob you off! I would never buy another Hoover product. If I could give no stars I would.

This product worked well for 2-3 few years but now I'm having constant issues with electrical faults, In a two years I'm now currently waiting my 18th call out from an engineer for the same issue.

The engineer who came out replaced the fins. On the first use thereafter one of the fins broke. The call centre said there might be a problem with the drum and they were referring the case to Domex....
