I like the friendly approach of the Team at Honda, especially the follow up to check you have remembered your appoitment which is by phone not text.

Everyone has always been helpful, able to explain what's needed, especially with the trouble I had several years ago.

Service is all good as normal. Prefer car to be collected from myself which was not easy to arrange although it used to be simple over 20 years

Pleasant people to deal with but poorly trained. Dealership communication is extremely poor destroying confidence in the dealership. Staff lack appropriate training.
