Thanks for leaving some feedback for us. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the service you received. I'm glad to hear you are happy with the product in the end and that you enjoyed your visit to our showroom. We have these tables on display in the showroom so you can try them out for yourself to make sure you are happy before you buy, but we have passed your feedback onto the manufacturer regarding design of the table. We're glad to hear you found a solution that you are happy with - lots of our customers fit foam in the pockets of their pool tables to deaden the noise, this is not something the manufacturer have done in the past as the extra cost involved would be passed on to the customer. You initially ordered a different model of table and requested to change your order, which we wouldn't usually do, but to honour our customer service policy we did this to ensure you get the best table for your needs. The estimated delivery on this type of pool table is 4-6 weeks, so when the order change is factored in, the table was within the estimated time frame. I'm sorry to hear about the problem with accessories. We made the order with the manufacturer to ship them directly to you, but they didn't inform us that the item wasn't in stock until it was chased. Apologies once more for this, and rest assured your feedback has been taken into account and also passed on to the manufacturer. We hope that you continue to enjoy your pool table and please get in touch if you require any further assistance. Abi

Swift and easy

Thanks for leaving us some feedback. It's great to hear that you found the ordering process easy. The nature of this table is that the two sides simply push together, joined by the net, making it easy to install and take apart. As long as you have it on a flat surface, ideally on top of a pool table, it should work as designed. If you need any more assistance, please get in touch and our team will be happy to help. Abi

Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The pool table was ready right at the end of the originally proposed timeframe so it's a bit of a wait
