I am very sorry to hear that. We did have a few customers that let us know if their mirror was a present and if there was any branding on the packaging, we did remove branding for the customer that requested it however there was no way of knowing exactly which were presents and not everyone would be happy with us removing the branding from their box. I would always suggest just sending over a quick email letting a seller know that is a present and they can take the necessary steps.

As I'm sure you can appreciate the Christmas period was very busy for us however we did stick to all our targets of getting emails answered on time,  the reply to the email I sent to you was not picked up until this morning due to the office being closed over the new year period so there was a slight delay in getting the damage seen to. I have replied to your email this morning.
