Easy to book online, fast customer services email responses, documentation received quickly. Being part of TUI excellent service was expected and they delivered. Location was good on the outskirts of the town centre, easy access from a main road, and free hotel parking just outside or near the supermarket across the road, Room and en-suite was modern and clean, towels and bed-linen changed every few days, maids cleaned everyday and overall was very comfortable, Safe in the room was payable but aircon was free. Breakfast and evening meal was reasonable quality, cooked and presented well, although became repetitive for our second week - nevertheless there was a good choice. Sound travels easily under the room door, through the walls and also the en-suite services ducting and could be very disturbing. Sunbeds and parasols at the pool were free and in good condition. Terrace was in the sun for most of the day. Free wi-fi in the tv lounge area. Hotel cafe/bistro had good variety of food/drink at similar prices to local bars/eateries. Nightly hotel entertainment was mediocre, extremely loud and sometimes finished well after midnight. It was difficult to find anywhere in the hotel where you could not hear all the 'music'. Unfortunately some guests then used seating around the pool to continue their revelry, matching the poor quality of the official entertainment. Staff were always courteous and helpful, although only those in reception had a good grasp of English.
