Dear Domenico Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback further following your recent stays. I was very sorry to hear that your children, and subsequently the rest of your family, became unwell during your holiday. Family time is incredibly important to us, and I fully appreciate how disappointing it must have been to spend much of your break caring for poorly children rather than enjoying time together. Had we been made aware during your stay of the extent of the illness affecting your family, we would certainly have looked at what alternative support or options may have been available to assist you at the time. As discussed previously, we did investigate the concerns raised during your stay and responded accordingly at the time, including relocating you when the initial accommodation concerns were brought to our attention. Whilst I appreciate the replacement caravan still did not meet your personal expectations, both accommodations were within the booked grading. I appreciate from your previous correspondence that you were seeking a refund only. Whilst this is not something we are able to offer in this instance, we would still like to extend a goodwill discount towards a future stay should you ever wish to return. Thank you also for your comments regarding the bathroom hooks and towel hanging space. This is useful feedback and something we will note as part of ongoing accommodation reviews. In relation to the soap bars, we completely agree that hygiene is extremely important. What we had found previously was that soap was often unused, and on occasion left stuck to bathroom surfaces which unfortunately caused staining and damage. That said, we do continue to review guest feedback and expectations around these touches as part of the overall guest experience.
