Thank you for your review. We've looked into why your insurance documents are not readable. The secure PDF file looks fine when it left our environment, and it looks like it has therefore somehow become corrupted in the transmission process. I have therefore asked the team to do two things. Firstly, re-send an electronic PDF version to see if it is better this second time. Secondly, as a backstop we're sending you a hard copy of your policy documents in the mail.
