I received a car that showed historic faults. These faults had been cleared on the diagnostic.
I was not told delivery fee was for car to be driven.

Mileage rip off
Never again. Struggled to get a service history from them. even struggled to get the last service documents from them (they did the service in house).
I bought the car with 41k on the clock....

I have looked through your file, and have spoken to our care team regarding your communication. At this stage we are a little surprised and saddened to receive this feedback, given that our team have been working with you to resolve the issues and have closed the file, based on your acceptance of a settlement figure. I am sorry that you have had these issues, whilst we strive for excellent service, mistakes are occasionally made - your feedback allows us to monitor our staff and try to improve. Rest assured that when this happens, we are always here to help and put this right, with the most fair and appropriate action. I know that the care team sent the full service history to you almost immediately, and advised that the MOT was all tracked online - but again, did later send a copy of the MOT certificate to you too. In terms of the mileage discrepancy, this was down to a system error, and the system from the prep centre not updating the system in the office, and although we do not take this lightly we have offered, and you have agreed a good sum of money as full and final closure on the matter. This was agreed based on your contract, on the first 10000 miles. I can see that our care team have responded to you in full each and every time, and this is recorded on your account.
