Happy with the quality of the product and always arrives when it's says it will, but not happy about paying £7+ for delivery when it comes in an envelope

Thank you for your order and your valuable feedback. With regards to delivery charges, the packaging materials actually only account for a small proportion of the cost - our aim is to get our parts to customers on time so that there's no delay to you finishing the job. We, therefore, provide a premium next-day tracked DPD service as standard rather than a postal service that'd perhaps be slower and less-reliable, albeit possibly cheaper. That said, remember we absorb the delivery charge in full for orders over £100.
